Nicholas D. Meunier

Mr. Meunier received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2006 and his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University in 2002. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2006 and joined Ficksman & Conley. Mr. Meunier recently rejoined Ficksman & Conley after a several year hiatus during which he continued to defend medical malpractice cases. Since his admission in 2006, he has worked in the area of medical malpractice defense, representing doctors, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers in state and federal court and in front of the Massachusetts Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing. He is experienced in all aspects of medical malpractice suits, including pre-suit practice, all aspects of discovery, client and expert contact, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, and trial and trial preparation. He has tried medical malpractice cases to success both independently and as co-counsel. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
