Kenneth D. Weiss

SENIOR PARTNER

Mr. Weiss is an accomplished trial attorney with thirty years experience. While in law school he was on the Law Review and following graduation he was selected for a clerkship by the Honorable Rubin Goodman of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. In addition to defending substantial personal injury claims, primarily in the areas of medical malpractice and product liability, Mr. Weiss has served as a member of the Hearing Committee of the Board of Bar Overseers. Mr. Weiss has been an active member of the Massachusetts trial bar, and also is admitted to practice in New York. He lectures on medical malpractice issues to healthcare providers, attorneys and members of the insurance industry.
