John D. Cassidy

MANAGING PARTNER

John D. Cassidy is the Managing Partner in the Boston law firm of Ficksman & Conley, LLP. He has represented physicians, nurses and medical institutions since 1980. Mr. Cassidy has tried approximately 200 major medical malpractice cases and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He also represents physicians before the Board of Registration in Medicine on disciplinary and licensing matters. Mr. Cassidy has been invited to lecture to medical care providers throughout Massachusetts, has served as an MCLE faculty member in programs designed to educate Massachusetts attorneys regarding medical malpractice actions and has appeared on national public television (PBS) to discuss medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Cassidy is listed in Best Lawyers in America and has been identified as one of the top 100 Super Lawyers in Massachusetts. Mr. Cassidy is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York.
