John C. Dolan

ASSOCIATE

Mr. Dolan is an associate who joined the firm in 2025, focusing primarily on medical malpractice defense. He was first admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dolan worked as a law clerk at a worker’s compensation and insurance defense firm for two years. While there, he was heavily involved in matters spanning all stages of litigation, focusing on areas in the discovery and pre-trial preparation phases. Mr. Dolan earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2025. During law school, Mr. Dolan was a member of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic (IPEC), where he assisted startups and small businesses with matters such as entity formation, commercial agreement drafting and negotiation, and IP protection strategies. While at Suffolk University, Mr. Dolan also earned an award for Achievement in Oral Advocacy for his performance while participating in several litigation simulations, specifically highlighting his breadth of research and skills in persuasion. Mr. Dolan earned his BBA in Marketing, Analytics, and Business Law at Villanova University in 2018.
