Christopher M. Bracci

PARTNER

Christopher Bracci is a senior partner with Ficksman & Conley, LLP, concentrating his practice on the representation of physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in medical malpractice actions. He has successfully defended healthcare professionals before a jury on numerous occasions. Mr. Bracci also represents physicians and nurses in disciplinary and licensing matters before their respective Boards of Registration.

Prior to joining Ficksman & Conley, Mr. Bracci defended premises liability, products liability, land dispute, contract and general negligence actions, and was also previously a trial attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services where he tried many criminal cases before a jury.

Mr. Bracci has been selected by his peers as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer continuously since 2022, and prior to that was selected as a Rising Star from 2019-2021.

Mr. Bracci is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He received a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University in 2003 and graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2006, where he was an editor for the Georgia State Law Review.
